We offer 2-year warranty on online purchases in case of material defect, 1-year warranty on purchases in any of the authorised dealers. We also offer repairs on out-of-warranty frames.

RETURN POLICY

WE HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH IT FOR ANY REASON, YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE.
SEND THE FRAMES VIA DHL WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE, THEY MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE RECEIVED TO BE ACCEPTED: NEW AND UNUSED. REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE BOX. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER
